VSQC was started by Mr. G.S. Mathur, who has had more than 40 years of industry experience through various functions and positions. With a history of management consulting, he has audited several organizations for third party certifications and now strives hard to bring about change by providing training and consulting to various organizations in their Management system organization and also certifications. With a keen eye for identification and deployment of shop floor based improvements he has successfully delivered projects with profitable returns for organizations.

CEO Mr. Varun Mathur has an excellent track record of creating, delivering and implementing various specialist training modules spread over a vast range of topics right from technical to soft skills. He has played a role in development of various management system techniques and strategies to help organizations in improvements. With expertise in management system implementation and certification, he has driven several projects to success.

R.J. Muker: Mechanical Engineer, over 40 years of experience in Automotive , Electrical, Engineering Industry, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001. Internal Auditor for ISO/TS 16949 Chartered Engineer. Strong Implementation and Documentation skills. Consulted more than 100+ Organizations. Mr. Muker is also a chartered Engineer for Evaluations.

Anil Kharatmol: Mechanical Engineer, over 15 years of experience in Automotive , Engineering Industry, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, Internal Auditor for ISO/TS 16949 . Worker Training, Local level Documentation. Strong Implementation and Documentation skills. Consulted and trained more than 100+ Organizations.

Rewal Hejmady: Mechanical Engineer, over 20 years of experience in Rubber, Plastics & Pipes Industry. Lead Auditor for ISO 9001. Specialist in GMP and ISO 13485 Consulting. Consulted and trained more than 50+ Organizations.
